SOUNDFOG was founded in 2019 by Bernd Gross-Ophoff (drums, little objects), Frank Wilke (trombone, trumpet, field recordings) and Sven Emmerich (bass, guitar, synth).
The three are forming the core of SOUNDFOG.
However, SOUNDFOG are designed to be open.
And so musicians from the Ruhrdistrict are regularly invited to expand the sessions.
Each of these musicians carefully fit into the overall artistic context and leaves their individual musical signature behind.
